This new, one-day masterclass will give you the tools to examine your current talent position, the space to challenge your approach and the strategies to optimise your future. You will access two perspectives from two industry leaders to co-host this highly interactive day. Part 1 will take us on a journey through communications in 2019 via EVP (employee value proposition), employer branding, culture, engagement and effective onboarding. In the afternoon we’ll get practical with a review of a step-by-step recruitment process; where are all the good candidates?; optimising your interview process; navigating the offer stage; building your pipeline.

The trainers will include:
Jane Fordham: As a talent consultant and trainer, Jane draws on nearly 20 years’ experience in the communications industry. With a particular interest in diversity & inclusion, employer branding and wellbeing, she spent close to 15 years at leading agency Golin in London. As Executive Director of Talent & Marketing, she oversaw talent programmes and recruitment for the 150-strong London team. Jane helped develop and market a brand known as a progressive and innovative employer, spearheading ground-breaking initiatives to tackle imbalances of gender, ethnicity, and social mobility. The first seven years of her Golin tenure she spent in the B2B PR practice, leading campaigns for clients such as Orange, Tetra Pak, Oracle & EMC.
Alexandra Lewington: Alexandra heads up Reuben Sinclair’s PR and Communications division, overseeing a team of recruitment consultants and ensuring high levels of service to both clients and candidates. Still a hands on senior recruiter, Alexandra works across both consumer and corporate PR, within small and large PR agencies and in house PR teams. She also plays an advisory role to candidates at every level, from entry to Board, providing insight and guidance in order to enhance their career prospects.
