Event Overview

As lockdown continues, it’s so important to maintain virtual contact and explore opportunities to upskill and network with peers. Please join, Katie King MPRCA, Author and Consultant and Chair of the PRCA’s South East & East Anglia Group.

Leading the discussions, Katie will talk about Leadership in a post COVID-19 world, looking at how leaders can upskill and be armed with the best tools and techniques to motivate staff, to retain existing clients/customers, to automate, and to secure business growth. She’ll share insights and case studies from her book, Using Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: How to Harness AI and Maintain the Competitive Edge, published by Kogan Page in February 2019.  This includes how to future-proof and adapt to technology trends – using her Scorecard for Success.

After Katie’s 20-minute talk, you’ll be grouped into breakout rooms to discuss the talk as well as your own current challenges. You’ll all then join the wider group and discuss this further.  Our hosts will be hopping around the breakout rooms to help facilitate the discussions. Just treat it as an opportunity to make some new contacts and learn.
