Stephen Waddington launched his new professional advisory firm, Wadds Inc., in June.
A business advisor and troubleshooter, Stephen helps organisations with planning, strategic decision making and execution. He supports management teams, business leaders and shareholders.

About Stephen Waddington
Over the last 25 years Stephen has built and led businesses, provided communications advice, and taught at organisations ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals, and across the public and private sector.
Most recently managing director at Metia Group (2019 and 2020) and previously Chief Engagement Officer at Ketchum (2012-1018), Stephen works as advisor consultant, non-executive director and mentor, providing pragmatic and straightforward advice.
He helps organisations to work through change, culture, growth, modernisation, re-financing, sustainability and talent issues.
Stephen, President of CIPR in 2014, is a Chartered PR Practitioner, a CIPR Fellow (Hon) and a Fellow of the PRCA.
He is also a published author.
