Event Type: Group Event

Address: STV plc, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, G51 1PQ

Event Overview

We will consider some of the following questions:

  • How can real time insights improve campaign performance?
  • How are news organisations processing real time information and what does that mean for the communications practitioner?
  • How can social listening tools facilitate the planning of strategy and tactics for future campaigns?
  • The traditional influencer model is changing rapidly, as specialist bloggers become every bit as effective as celebrity endorsements or adverts and editorial in the mainstream media. How can social listening help us identify who we should be working with, and how?
  • Online ratings, peer-to-peer reviews and word of mouth on social media can make or break you faster than ever before. How does social listening help to avoid reputational damage, or even turn a bad experience into a good review?
  • As influencer marketing matures from an experimental channel to a strategic part of the communications mix in 2017, how can we take a grown up approach to integration and measurement?

This is a free event hosted by Natalie Buxton MPRCA.

Speakers include:

David Milne, Head of Digital Publishing,
