The Client Consultancy Partnership Charter was first published over 10 years ago. Its aim was to deepen the partnership between PR agencies and practitioners on one side, and their clients on the other. As it is freshened to meet today's requirements, what has changed and what has remained the same? Members of the team who have produced the 2024 update will discuss how they went about revising the original, and the charter’s potential to improve clients’ understanding of their consultancies – and vice versa.
