Nick Fitzherbert MPRCA

About Nick

Prior to entering the training field Nick spent 20 years in PR consultancy, working for top-10 agencies and running his own top-100 firm for seven years. He worked in sectors including drinks, media and public sector, running many long-term campaigns in conjunction with other agencies across the marketing spectrum. He specialised in the exploitation of data and building platforms for clients to becoming the leading voice within their sector. He also developed a reputation for creative ideas and applying them in every kind of situation from stunts, to building corporate profiles and even crisis management. Nick moved into training in 2003 and now coaches senior executives in some of the world’s biggest companies, while also working with organisations such as the Royal College of Art. He has kept closely involved with the PR world by helping to create the PR Apprenticeship scheme, for which he continues to act as an Assessor.

Training Theory

Nick’s approach is to combine very practical techniques with inspiration from other worlds such as music, movies and magic. He is a member of the world’s most prestigious magic society, The Magic Circle, and he applies principles he has studied through his membership to his training. Delegates leave his sessions with fresh ideas, but ones that they can start applying immediately.

Nick’s current specialism for the PRCA is Creative Thinking with his Awaken your Creativity course. He is also known for his work in Presentation Skills and his authorship of Presentation Magic, which has been published in six different languages.
