About Us

Jack & Grace is a certified B Corp.

We believe that doing good, is good for business. We only work with brands that value people and planet equally with profit. Our clients choose us, but we also choose them.

Our work creates impact (no, really – one of our clients paid for our whole year’s retainer through just one lead we generated).

We’re strategic thinkers and listen carefully. We obsess over the business objective, comms challenge and audience. We focus on getting the message right. And then suggest the right tools and channels for the job. We’re not driven by growth or profit targets, so we’re free to give you our best advice.

We get excited about the work we do for clients, AND about challenging some of the long-held ‘norms’ of work that no longer feel right. We call this business not as usual.

It means we offer all roles part-time and flexibly as standard, we’re transparent on salaries, and read all the Brene Brown we can get our hands on. We’re proud to have won the PRCA’s award for employee value.
