The PRCA Employee Engagement Group will enable PRCA members to collaborate with their peers to develop and share best practice with the opportunity to network, learn, and collaborate. There will be learning events throughout the year on topics such as:
· How to create inclusive cultures
· How to end the stigma of mental health in the workplace
· The neuroscience of engagement
· The future of the workplace
The PRCA Employee Engagement Group will help give you the skills to deliver the value identified above to your organisation and help you to be heard so that leaders listen to you and value your contribution to business performance. Perhaps most importantly, we want to work with you to create irrefutable proof of the business value that employee engagement delivers.
Ruth Dance CMPRCA, Managing Director, The Employee Engagement Alliance, and Chairman, PRCA Employee Engagement Group said: "We're absolutely delighted to be partnering with The PRCA and leading the E&IC group throughout 2018 and beyond. Engagement has seen a rise in importance and where it sits on the business agenda and we're excited to be helping you to elevate your employee engagement through the discussion, learning and content we'll be delivering."
