Duncan has over 20 years PR experience and is a specialist in crisis and issues management. His experience includes providing support and training for organisations including F1, P&G, Sanofi Pasteur, Novartis, The Walt Disney Company, OMEGA,  Michelin, Unilever, Ted Baker, Value Retail, Viking Cruises, Delta, FIA, IHG, Virgin Atlantic, Associated British Foods, Diageo, Glencore, Ford, Kia, OMERS, Visa, Zurich Insurance and Nissan.

His discussion will cover how to build trust as a comms person during a global pandemic.
