EIAC Leadership lesson with Ellie Dobson

Event Overview

The PRCA Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council’s (EIAC) goal is to increase the number of women in leadership across the communications and public affairs industry, securing their retention and fostering a community of support as women navigate their careers. To do this, we want to raise awareness of the barriers faced by women in our industry throughout their careers and find ways through personal experiences and practical guidance, about how to overcome these, in order to secure this change.

To help make this happen, in 2021, the EIAC launched a series of Leadership Lessons, with candid conversations with leaders from across the communications space about a variety of topics, from setting up and running your own business to being authentic.
